Louisville Orchestra
Kaplan Johnson Abate & Bird LLP is a regular sponsor of Louisville Orchestra events, typically sponsoring a full orchestra event each calendar year. Examples of events the firm has sponsored include Classics: The Jazz Influence – Festival of American Music II, featured a performance by Teddy Abrams of George Gershwin’s Rhapsody in Blue, and Classics: Schumann & Brahms, in which pianist Jorge Federico Osorio joined the Louisville Orchestra in performance.
Fête De La Musique Louisville
Kaplan Johnson Abate & Bird LLP was a 2018 sponsor of Louisville’s annual all-day musical celebration. Held on the day of the summer solstice, Fête De La Musique is an outdoor music event held in downtown Louisville. Our firm joined with other sponsors who supported this unique community event, including Alliance Francaise de Louisville, Mayor Greg Fischer, Louisville Metro Special Events, Do502, Fourth Street Live! Doctors And Lawyers For Kids – Ramble 5K
Doctors & Lawyers for Kids is a medical-legal partnership that joins the Louisville Bar Association, Legal Aid Society and University of Louisville Department of Pediatrics in a common mission: addressing legal needs that affect the health and well-being of indigent children and their families. For the third straight year, Kaplan Johnson Abate & Bird LLP had a major presence at the annual Ramble 5K fun run held at Beckley Creek Park to raise funds for this program. To learn more, click here.
