Jonathan focuses his practice on financial restructuring and complex commercial and business litigation. He represents businesses in chapter 11 reorganizations, including Subchapter V cases, and in related bankruptcy litigation, and he handles commercial disputes in state and federal courts.
Before law school, Jonathan spent five years working as a data analyst and manager at an advertising technology company, ultimately serving as Director of Strategy and Analytics. He’s also served as an adjunct professor in the University of Louisville's MBA and MSBA programs, where he’s taught classes since 2022 in data analytics and digital marketing.
During law school, Jonathan served as a judicial extern to Magistrate Judge Colin H. Lindsay of the United States District Court for the Western District of Kentucky and as a legal extern with the United States Attorney's Office for the Western District of Kentucky.
